1. Recruiting services
JSG is the recruitment and talent solutions brand operated by JOHNSON SERVICE GROUP, INC. Website descriptions of Direct Hire, Contract Staffing, and Talent Solutions provide an overview for prospective employer discussions.
An inquiry or website visit does not create a recruiting engagement. A separate written agreement must define the services, responsibilities, and commercial conditions of an engagement before work is undertaken under that agreement.
2. Candidate referrals
The scope of any candidate search or referral process must be established in the applicable agreement. Candidate suitability, availability, and interest can change, and a referral does not guarantee an interview, acceptance, placement, retention period, or particular outcome.
The employer remains responsible for evaluating a candidate’s qualifications against the actual role and for making employment decisions consistent with applicable law.
3. Direct Hire
Direct-hire discussions concern a potential search for candidates who would be employed by the hiring organization under its own employment terms. Search scope, referral conditions, fees, payment timing, and any replacement or other commercial provisions must be expressly stated in the signed agreement.
No guarantee, exclusivity, fee structure, or replacement entitlement is created by a website description or an initial inquiry.
4. Contract Staffing
A contract-staffing engagement requires a written allocation of responsibilities, including the role, assignment duration, work location, supervision, timekeeping, compensation arrangements, and any employment, payroll, insurance, or safety obligations.
The website does not establish an employer-of-record relationship or allocate employment responsibilities. The parties must resolve those details in the applicable agreement before an assignment begins.
5. Employer responsibilities
Provide accurate, current information about the organization, authorized contact, role requirements, work location, schedule, hiring timeline, compensation where relevant, and any material conditions of the opportunity. Promptly tell JSG if the position is filled, paused, withdrawn, or materially changed.
Employers are responsible for lawful hiring criteria, a safe and appropriate work environment, and complying with obligations that apply to their own employment decisions and workplace practices. Do not request discriminatory screening or provide misleading role information.
6. Candidate information
Candidate information supplied for a recruitment purpose must be kept confidential and used only to evaluate or facilitate the relevant employment opportunity. Limit access to people with a legitimate recruitment need and use reasonable safeguards when handling it.
Do not sell candidate information, add candidates to unrelated marketing lists, or use it to impersonate a candidate. JSG SMS opt-in consent is not included in a candidate referral and is not permission for an employer or another brand to send independent marketing messages.
7. Commercial terms
Fees, payment terms, scope changes, cancellation provisions, exclusivity, referral ownership, and any other commercial commitments must be agreed in writing. No price, service level, delivery timeline, or outcome is promised by an unaccepted website inquiry.
If an executed agreement conflicts with these general employer terms, that agreement governs the specific engagement to the extent permitted by law.
8. Background checks and verification
Responsibility for references, qualification checks, work authorization verification, and any background screening must be allocated in the engagement agreement. A candidate profile or referral is not a representation that every detail has been independently verified.
Any screening must be appropriate to the role, carried out with required permissions and notices, and handled under applicable law. Do not assume a screening service is included unless it has been expressly agreed.
9. Employment decisions
The hiring organization controls its final hiring decisions and the terms it offers, unless a separate written agreement lawfully provides otherwise. Candidates decide whether to pursue or accept an opportunity.
JSG does not guarantee candidate acceptance, job performance, tenure, an interview, or a placement. Nothing on the website creates an employment contract between JSG, an employer, and a candidate.
10. Confidentiality
Share only business information that you are authorized to disclose. Do not put trade secrets, highly sensitive personal data, credentials, or confidential third-party materials into a general website inquiry.
Any additional confidentiality commitments, permitted disclosures, and information-return or deletion obligations should be set out in the applicable written agreement. Information may still need to be retained for lawful recordkeeping, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
11. Legal compliance and communications
Each party is responsible for the legal obligations that apply to its own activities, including recruitment, employment, privacy, workplace, and communications requirements. Agree on responsibilities before a search or assignment begins and address questions about the specific engagement directly with JSG.
Submitting the employer form permits JSG to review and respond to the inquiry. It does not enroll the contact or company in JSG Job Alerts. Optional text enrollment requires a separate affirmative choice under the SMS Terms.
12. Contact and updates
Discuss an employer requirement with JSG / JOHNSON SERVICE GROUP, INC at [email protected] or 17120 Hillcrest Meadow Dr, Chesterfield, MO 63005-1332, United States.
These general terms may be updated prospectively as permitted by law. Updates do not amend an executed engagement agreement unless that agreement permits the change or the parties agree otherwise.
